These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Products

We sell football-inspired shirts, kits and related merchandise. Product images are for illustration; colours and detailing may vary slightly from the images shown on screen. We are an independent retailer and our products are not officially licensed by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any football club, national association, governing body, or brand unless expressly stated.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is accepted once payment has been successfully received and we send order confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order where an item has been mispriced or is unavailable.

4. Personalisation

  • Personalised items (name and/or number printed on the product) are made to order specifically for you.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the name and number you submit. Please check spelling carefully before ordering.
  • Because personalised items are bespoke, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.
  • We reserve the right to refuse personalisation requests that are offensive, unlawful, or infringe the rights of any third party.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders.
  • Standard (non-personalised) UK orders are typically delivered within 8–12 working days (3–5 days dispatch plus 5–7 days transit).
  • Personalised orders are made to order and may take towards the longer end of this estimate.
  • International orders typically arrive within 10–14 working days.
  • Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. Tracking is provided on all orders.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Non-personalised items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in their original condition, for a refund.
  • Personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or incorrectly produced by us.
  • Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel and refund non-personalised orders that have not yet been dispatched. Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics and layout, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details of how we collect and use your information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
