Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns and refunds work.
30-Day Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund — for example, if the size doesn't fit. To be eligible the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and in its original condition
- Returned with any original packaging and tags
- Reported to us within 30 days of the delivery date
Personalised Items
Personalised items (any product with a name and/or number printed on it) are made to order specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or we have made an error. This is because we cannot resell a personalised item. Please double-check your name, number and size before ordering.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
- Please allow a few working days after we process the refund for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Return Shipping Costs
- If you are returning an item because it doesn't fit or you've changed your mind, return postage is your responsibility.
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we cover the return cost and will arrange this with you.
- We recommend using a tracked return service, as we cannot refund items we do not receive back.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping cost, at no charge to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the original item under the 30-day returns process for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@malskitpatch.co.uk within 30 days of delivery, quoting your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll confirm whether your item is eligible and provide return instructions and the return address.
- Send the item back in its original condition using a tracked service.
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns received without prior notice may be delayed.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Note that, under those regulations, made-to-order and personalised goods are exempt from the standard cancellation right. Our 30-day returns offer for non-personalised items is provided in addition to, and does not reduce, your statutory rights.
